It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Weicht Sr. (Williamsport, Maryland), born in Flintstone, Maryland, who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Nelson and Mae Ruth Weicht (Trail); his son Rodney Weicht; and his siblings, Thomas Weicht, Kenneth Weicht, Paul Weicht, Sue Kisamore, Shirley Bender and Adella Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Marie Weicht (Watkins); his sons, Donald R. Weicht, Jr. (Susan Snyder) of Williamsport and Jason S. Weicht (Kelly) of Williamsport; his brother Nelson Weicht (Alice) of Statesville, NC.; his grandchildren, Sarah Wagner (Donnie) of Donald Weicht, III, Emily Weicht, Lenzie Weicht (Kyle Franks) and Lauren Weicht (Samuel Gerhart); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Weicht and Adeline Grace Wagner; and his friends, Frank Heavner and Dwayne Gossard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
