He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Foust (Miller); his children, Lisa M. Carbaugh (Craig) of Greencastle, PA, Anthony W. Foust (Tammy) of Clear Spring, MD and Jerry A. Foust (Nadine) of Greencastle, PA; and his siblings, Cheryl J. Dunford of Wilmington, DE, Deborah K. Milos of Centerville, OH, Cathy D. Messinger of Aston, PA and David M. Bless of Oviedo, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
