She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Swearingen and Minnie R. Hewitt; her husbands, Richard Hadley, Sr. and Claude Archer; her son Stephen Smith; and her brother Edward Swearingen.
She is survived by: her brother Rodney Swearingen (Noel); her stepchildren, Neysa Gleason, Renee Proctor, Tanya Brown, Barton, Hadley and Richard Hadley; and her friends, Carolyn and Nelson Stephens. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Johnsontown Bible Church (68 Camp Frame Rd, Hedgesville, WV 25427). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
