He was predeceased by: his mother Kendra Sue "Kim" Palmer (Davis); and his grandmother Frances Mae Davis (Cole). He is survived by: his father George Harold Palmer, III of Williamsport, MD; his sister Carlie F. Palmer of Williamsport, MD; and his grandparents, Roy E. Davis, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD, George H. Palmer, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD and Georgia L. Palmer (Creager) of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving family friends.
