He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Miller and Loretta M. Miller (Byers); his sons, Patrick Lynn Miller and Michael Shane Miller; and his sister Shelva Jean Buzzard.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn M. Miller (Grove); his daughter Sali Jo Miller of Williamsport, MD; his brother William L. Miller (Cheryl Kaetzel Miller) of Hagerstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Roxanna M. Fiorita (Colton Linton) of Williamsport, MD, James V. Fiorita (Kristie Miller Fiorita) of Hedgesville, WV, Amy S. Fiorita (Matt Radosevich) of Hedgesville, WV, Madelyn J. Stotler (Landon Harbaugh) of Hedgesville, WV, Morgan Miller (Jesse Reed) of Williamsport, MD and Shayna Miller of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
