With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton L. Smith II of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Sharpsburg, Maryland, who passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Luther Smith and Mary Cox Smith of Virginia. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Smith (Cindy) and Mark Smith (Susan); his grandchildren, Lauren Thomas (Patrick), Craig Smith, Benjamin Smith (Alisa), Matthew Smith, Anna Smith, Elizabeth Smith and Eli Smith; his great grandchildren, Shaun Thomas, Claire Thomas and Holly Smith; and his cousin Joseph Cox (Regina).
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is offering qualified families up to $9, 000 for funeral expenses incurred due to the death of a loved one from COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense grief for so many people.
