She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Bill" Jacobs and Frances Eleanor Jacobs (Turner); her son-in-law Mickey Knight; and her siblings, Lucille Martin, Frances Ardinger and William "Billy" Jacobs.
She is survived by: her husband Allen E. Swope; and her children, Jackie Swope Knight of Frederick, MD, Judy Holt (Pete) of Elliottsburg, PA, Jenny Schlereth (Lenny) of Toms Brook, VA, Jeff Swope (Ruth Ann) of Westernport, MD and John Swope (Linda) of Rosedale, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
