She is survived by: her husband Vernon Lee Cline; her children, Cindy Feiser of Hagerstown, MD and Robert Hart of Nova, PA; her stepchildren, Sara Wolfe of Hagerstown, MD and Joshua Cline of Hagerstown, MD; and her siblings, Susan Shifflett of Williamsport, MD, Margaret Bingaman of Sharpsburg, MD, Charles Burk of Williamsport, MD and Earl Burk of Williamsport, MD. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
