She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis B. Flora and Julia Catherine Carbaugh; her husband Frederick Harvey Bingaman; and her brothers, Donald, Ray and Charles Flora.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy A. Bingaman (Dave L. Sterling) of Williamsport, MD and Robert C. Bingaman (Kathy) of Williamsport, MD; her siblings, Eunice F. Miller of Hagerstown, MD and David P. Flora of Mont Alto, PA; her grandsons, Ryan C. Bingaman of Williamsport, MD and Sheldon L. Bucher (Melissa) of Divide, CO; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Bingaman, Morgan Bingaman and Preston Bucher.
