It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Warren Socks of Williamsport, Maryland, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Michael and Rene Genevieve Nowell Socks; his wife Helen Louise Boppe Socks; and his siblings, Viola Socks, Audrey Newlin, Virginia Socks, Thelma Banzhoff, Ella Josephine Socks, Earl C. Socks, Sr., Joseph Socks, William Socks and George Socks.
He is survived by: his children, Alice R. Fultz of Clear Spring, MD, Debra E. Myers of Hagerstown, MD, Margaret A. Forsythe of Williamsport, MD, Carolyn L. Mills of Smithsburg, MD and Carl Richard Socks of Downsville, MD. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
