She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Henry Bingaman, II. She is survived by: her parents, Rev. Robert Vincent and Rita Dolores Lightner Robinson of Williamsport, MD.; her daughters, Renee Lynn Myers (Steve) of Williamsport, MD and Kayla Sheree Snyder (Paul) of Williamsport, MD; her grandchildren, Caleb, Rebecca and Robert; and her stepgrandchildren, Nathan, Madison and Brady.
