He is survived by: his parents, Karl Lee Needy of Williamsport, MD and Rhonda Annette Shelby Needy of Quincy, PA.; his daughter Aislynn Lane Needy of Sperry Oklahoma; his stepmother Jody A. Needy of Williamsport, MD; his stepbrothers, Bradley M. Ridenour of Hagerstown, MD and Owen M. Ridenour of Falling Waters, WV; and his stepgrandmother Patricia Miley of Falling Waters, WV. He is also survived by nephew and niece; many Uncles; Aunts; Cousins.
