She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Hattie Mae Domer Cottrill; her husband Alvey Theodore Hose, Sr.; her siblings, Harold Domer, Sr., Herbert "Sonny" Cottrill and Judith Morningstar; and her grandson Devin Hose.
She is survived by: her children, Mary "Rosie" Eaton (Stanley) of Williamsport, MD, Debbie Stansberry (Greg) of Greencastle, PA, Michele Bartley (Jimmy) of Martinsburg, WV, Alvey T. Hose, Jr. (Kelly) of Hagerstown, MD and Charles Hose of Williamsport, MD; her sisters, Freda Dayhoff of Hagerstown, MD, Shirley Whittaker of Berkeley Springs, WV and Sherry Potts of Falling Waters, WV; and her grandchildren, Amber, Justin, Brandon, Christopher, Benjamin, Brittany, Morgan, Destiny and Joshua. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
