With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Tomsic of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Eckhart Mines, Maryland, who passed away on July 17, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Filsinger and Anna Estella Filsinger (Porter); her former husband Anthony Tomsic (Tony); her son-in-law Donald M. Mannick, Jr. (Mike); and her siblings, George E.'Bud'Filsinger II, Emma Bennett, Margaret Holsinger, Frances Lewis and Ruth Offutt.
She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Mannick of Hagerstown and Craig Tomsic (Tess) of Sharpsburg; her grandchildren, Jena Mannick (Kenny Lamb) of Williamsport, Seth Mannick, Dylan Mannick, Matthew Mannick of Hagerstown, Josh Tomsic of McHenry, MD and Olivia Tomsic (Garman Bowers) of Fairplay, MD.; her great grandchild Michael Lamb of Williamsport; her nieces and nephews, Joey Stakem and Peggy Getty; and her friend Vivian Stevens.
