She is survived by: her children, Robin D. Awon (Gilbert) of Hagerstown, Daniel R. Shindle (Sheila Shindle) and David A. Shindle of Norfolk, Virginia; her grandchildren, Renee N. Thompson, Rachel M. Crowell (Clint), Rohn M. Strubel (Rachel), Carrie L., Christopher T. and Michaela R. Shindle; and her brother Ned D. Robingson (Connie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
