He was predeceased by: his parents, Errol Clark Miller and Susan Barbara Miller (Repp). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Louise Miller (Snyder) of Williamsport; and his daughter Cynthia Denise Miller of Williamsport, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
