She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Toomey and Dolores Hocker Toomey. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne "Dobie" Snyder; her daughter Carley Snyder Ward (Timothy Ward); her sister Reneé Toomey Valeski; her niece Paige Valeski (Peter Ott); and her nephew Andrew Valeski (Marisa Valeski).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations to be sent to the Gumboro Community Center (36849 Millsboro Hwy, Millsboro, DE 19966), as Vonda loved them and the town she lived in.
