She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Scarborough and Ruby Lee Jester; and her sister Linda Bobb. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lee Todd; her pet Ruby Lee; her children, Nora Sue Powell (Greg) and Ollie Charles Powell, III (Candice); her stepdaughters, Andrea Lea Marine (Matt) and Jessica Taylor (Joel); her grandchildren, Bailey Olivia Taylor, Owen Charles Powell, Lilea Claire Taylor, Kaden Todd Marine and Mason Shawn Marine; and her niece Jenny Bobb.
In lieu of flowers, Susi requested donations be made in her memory to the Wicomico County Humane Society, 5130 Citation Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804.
