He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvestor Palmer and Mattie Palmer; his daughter Sally Shipley; and his siblings, Virginia Taylor, Harry Palmer, Melvin Palmer, Ethel Gray, Alice Carey, Thomas Palmer and Isabelle Irvin.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Palmer; his children, Rollie Palmer Jr. (Clint), Robert Palmer (Melissa), Denise Logan (Michael), Billy Jackson (Sandra) and April Jester; and his sister Marie Marrowsic. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
