He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Horner; his sons, Clayton, Mason and Jackson "RJ"; the mother of his children Andrea Horner; his stepmother Rose Horner; his brother Ronnie Horner (Jenn); his stepsiblings, Wayne White (Marianne) and Tammy Fitzgerald (Jimmy); his daughter-in-law Makenzie Shreeves; his in-laws, Ernie and Sharon Martin; his nieces and nephews, Cameron Horner, Josh Horner and Dawson Jones; his goddaughter Kayden Jones; his siblings-in-law, Dink Jones and Marcia Jones; and his close friends, Andy Jones, Jamie Foskey, Larry Fortino, Jill Gasque and Randy Perdue.
