He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Bradford (Gray). He is survived by: his father Edward Lewis Sr.; his stepfather Scott Allen Bradford; his wife Monika Devi Lewis of Vancouver, WA; his brother Edward Lee Lewis Jr. of Willards, MD; his child Emmashane Nivek Lewis of Salisbury; his nephew Edward Randall Lewis; and his niece Emma Noel Hixon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to his child Emmashane Lewis to help with funeral costs.
