He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Beasom March Jr. and Verde Belt (Wise); and his wife Myrtle "Dottie" March. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas W. March of Dundalk, MD, Robert W. March of Baltimore, MD, Gary Collins of Lancaster, PA and April M. March of Millersburg, PA; and his stepchildren, Johnny Short of North Carolina, Buddy Short of North Carolina, Charmaine Caldwell of Baltimore and Charlene Gordon of Baltimore. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
