She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Phelps and Helen Phelps (Ulrich). She is survived by: her children, Crystal Langdon (Derek) of Willards, MD and Dennis Keener (Jen) of Pittsville, MD; her sisters, Valerie Kraft of Goldsboro, MD, Laura Johnson of Franklin, IN and Mala Marine of Longs, SC; and her grandchildren, Kaiden, Kalan, Quinn, Vayda and Tavey.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Worcester County Humane Society, P.O. Box 48, Berlin, Maryland 21811.
