Ruark III (Karen), Jill Ruark (Curtis) and Tara Ruark; her grandchildren, Amanda Shockley, Christopher John Moore, John Elton Ruark IV (Ashley), Lauren Ruark, Ashley Barthman and Wade Fletcher III; and her great grandchildren, Gianna Rayne Hotton, John Elton Ruark V, Lola Ruark, Asher Fletcher, McKenzie, Mason, Mallory Barthman and LolaRuark.
