He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Miller and Bessie Miller (Shanberger); and his siblings, Helen Scott, Eugene Miller, Evelyn Tyson, Dale Miller and Everitt Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Deborah Jones (Calvin) of Colora, MD and Robert Steven Miller of Whiteford, MD.; and his sister Romaine Webb of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
