She is survived by: her husband Raymond Allen Kiebler; her children, David Matthew Watkins, Ann M. Watkins, Linda A. Grim, Tonya Marie Kiebler, Raymond A. Kiebler, Jr., Robert A. Kiebler Donald L. and Ridgon, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret O. Rhoades, Richard L. Watkins and Steven K. Watkins.
