She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Marion (Bill Daniel) and Agnes Williams (Heaps); and her husband James E. Atkin. She is survived by: her children, Michael of Delta, PA and Jayme Webster of Mercersburg, PA; her brother James Zane Williams of Whiteford; her granddaughters, Sarah Vitellaro (William) of Clayton, NC and Grace Fear (Jim) of Mercersburg, PA.; her great grandchildren, Raffaello, Aliceanna, Fabian, Rose, Samuel Vitellaro, Kaitlyn and Abigail Fear; her sister Louise; her brother-in-law Dean Greene; and her stepgrandson Christian Purin. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends.

“Mike and Jayme, Mrs. Atkin was one of my favorite teachers. I had her for several classes and specials. She was a good mentor and was even a parent to many of her students, who didn't have necessary help at home.
