He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden N. Foy and Margaret E. Foy (Scheck); and his siblings, Gertrude Steinhilber, Regina Weber, Lula Mae Kissinger and Joseph Richard Foy.
He is survived by: his wife June L. Foy (Nixon); his children, Hayden Leroy Foy, Jr. (Diane L.) of Red Lion, PA and Terry Lee Foy, Sr. (Susan L.) of Abingdon, MD.; his grandchildren, Hayden L. Foy, III (Jennifer), Melanie June Shelly (Joshua A.), Jacob Aaron Foy, Terry L. Foy, Jr. (Mandi), Jennifer Rose Matthews (Eddie) and Megan Elise Foy; and his sister Artella McCroskey of Ocala, FL.. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, five great-greatgrandchildren.
