He was predeceased by: his brother Francis E. McGuigan, III. He is survived by: his wife Dorcas E. Taylor-McGuigan; his daughter Michelle Denise Foltzer (Perry) of Whiteford, Maryland.; his siblings, Norma J. W. Boyd of Whiteford and Thomas M. McGuigan (Pat) of Natrona Heights; his grandsons, Joseph Foltzer, Justin Foltzer (Victoria) and Joshua Foltzer (Allie); and his great grandchildren, Hailey and Jaxson.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Calvary Chapel of Delta, 5911 Delta Road, Delta, PA 17314.
