He was predeceased by: his father William Gilbert Card, Sr. of Bryantown, MD.; his siblings, Debra Ann Lange, Donna Marie Dutton and Dale Stephen Card; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Wayne Lange Sr. and Glenn Charles Mayhew; and his grandparents, Leo Sisco Montgomery, Violet Nutwell Montgomery and Mary Elizabeth Garner Card.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Card (Montgomery); his sisters, Darlene Card Stalcup (Tom) and Dina Card Mayhew; his brother-in-law Christopher R. Dutton; and his nieces and nephews, William, Sean Mayhew, TJ, Michael, Joe Stalcup, Lisa Dutton and Angie Stalcup Kalnasy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Raymond's Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646).
