He is survived by: his wife Tracy Stokes Souder; the mother of his children Starla Souder Chesne; his children, Jesse Bryan, Robert Edward Aaron and Amber Star Souder; his stepdaughter Morgan Smith; his stepgrandson Carson Hargett of Powell Tennessee; his mother Mary Souder of Waldorf; and his sisters, Dawn Edelen of Waldorf and Rhonda Wallace (Randall) of White Plains. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
