He was predeceased by: his father Edward J. Bransome. He is survived by: his mother Joan Ward Bransome; his sons, Parris, Pierre (Shay) and Preston; his grandson Makarri; his former wife Patricia Thomas; his siblings, Jeffrey (Maxine), Victor, Janice, Jasmine and Jill; his uncles, Gerald Datcher (Mildred) and James Ward (Davella); his aunt Gloria Jefferson; and his great-aunt Elnora Tingle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
