It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Yen Trang Thi of White Plains, Maryland, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Luong Lo and Lan Lo; her sisters, Niki of Reston and Jeanna Lloyd; her brother-in-law Greg of Reston; her brother James Lo (Julia) of Austria; and her nephews, Thomas, Niklas and Noah Lo.
