She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Hardesty; her daughter Susan Lynn Green; her parents, Thelma Levin and Hyman Levin; and her siblings, David Levin and Marcia Watcheski.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Bobik (Kenneth), Shawna Norris (Michael), Kevin Hardesty and Jason Hardesty (Stephanie); her sister Jacquelin Tippett (Lewis); and her sister-in-law Susan Levin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Charles County Hospice, 2505 Davis Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20603.
