We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 71, James Russell Rawlings of White Plains, Maryland, born in Hughesville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Rawlings and Lillie Gertrude Rawlings; and his brothers, Edward Rawlings and William "Sonny" Rawlings. He is survived by: his sister Louise Edwards; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Short and Harold Edwards. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
