She is survived by: her children, Donald Leslie Goshorn, Jr. and Deanna Lynn Goshorn; her brothers, David Theis and Robert Theis; and her grandchildren, Megan Taylor Goshorn, Donald Jacob Goshorn and Timothy Patrick Gately, III.
