She was predeceased by: her significant other Rev. James Allen Sr.; her son Christopher Brehm; her parents, Paul Mentzel and Sarah Daniels; her mother-in-law Ila Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Miley and Walter "Sonny" Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph "J. P." Brehm, Sr. (Trish Brown), Jonathan Allen (Kim Paul), Timothy Allen (Shelley), James Allen Jr. and Rev. Holly Deas; her grandchildren, Joseph Brehm Jr. (Kelly), Katherine Allen, Tim Allen (Lyzz), Destiny Philips (Bill), Madison Allen and Rylie Allen; her great grandchildren, Tessa, Conor, Janai, Kamal, Milani, Ethan, Jaxson, Amelie and Elias; and her close friends, Mary Ann Chastain, Rev. Randy, Ingaborg Curtis, Rev. Richard, Rev. Christine Dunk, Lucy Ndounge, Teresa Raper and Angel Richards.
