Penny; his stepmother Doris Hemsley; his siblings, Shirley, Joyce, Sandy, Janice Hemsley, Joanne Stallworth, Dorothy Alfreda Wells, Leon, Peter Hemsley, Glen Hilton and Thomas "Larry" Yates; his siblings-in-law, Clarice Hicks, Sheila of Washington, Sylvia Maull, Catrina, Debra, Cynthia, Michelle, Darlene Penny, Crystal, Dee Dee Hemsley, James Wells, Andre Stallworth, Toney Maull, John Houston Penny III, Joseph, Michael and James Penny Sr.; and also Joana Sims. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
