With solemn reverence, we commemorate Donna Marie Newman of White Plains, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose life came to an end on July 16, 2024 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parent David Hensley; her husband Burnie; and her brothers, Charles "Buster" (Marie) and Keith. She is survived by: her children, Laura Newman (Christy) of Saint Charles, William "Bill" Newman (Leita) of La Plata and Susan Newman (Stephen) of Myrtle Beach; her daughters-in-law, Christy and Leita; her grandchildren, Billy, Phoebe and Elliot; and her sisters, Davita (Tom), Danette (Steven), Diane and Deborah (Bill). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in remembrance of Donna to an organization of your choice, or to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Heritage Service who rehabilitate sick and injured wildlife.
