He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Taylor, Sr. and Ethel Taylor; his daughter Terri Leigh Taylor; and his brother Charles Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Taylor; his children, Arnold Bowling (Theresa), Marilyn Edelen and Penny Maddox (Steve); his brother Watson Taylor; his grandchildren, Shannon Bowling (Lauren), Cyndi Payne, John Edelen (Katie), Valerie Leigh Maddox and Stephanie Maddox (Carl Cicchetti); and his great grandchildren, Knox Bowling, Easton Bowling, Maggie Bowling, Bryce Edelen, Ryan Edelen, Charlie Priest, Evelyn Cicchetti, Maddox Cicchetti, Ava Cicchetti and Isaac Cicchetti.
