He was predeceased by: his mother Delmira Molina; and his brother Julio Cesar Molina. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bluey; his sons, Matthew David Molina, Michael David Bluey-Molina and Marcos David Bluey-Molina; and his siblings, Pablo Molina, Rosario Molina, Laura Cornejo, Victor Molina, Carlos Molina, Maria Orozco and Blanca Orozco Johnson. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncle and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
