We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2020, at the age of 82, Charlsie Stephenson Joyner (White Plains, Maryland), born in Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Stephenson Belcher; her stepfather Earl Belcher; her husband James "Dick" Joyner, Sr.; her sons, James R. "Ricky" Joyner Jr. and Herbert "Bert" Joyner; and her sister Francis West.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Keith Joyner of Richmond, VA, Cheryl Logan (Tom) of Lexington, SC, Loretta Joyner (Roy) of Indian Head, MD, Gwynne Shrader and Fran Faber; her sister-in-law Carolyn Northcott of Ahoskie, NC; and her cousin Cindy Wade of Chesapeake, VA.. She is also survived by sisters; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
