With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brancie Jane Riser (White Plains, Maryland), who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James O. Riser, Jr.; her son Stephen D. Riser; and her brothers, Jennings Avey, Charles Avey and Emmert Avey.
She is survived by: her son Jamie Scott Riser (Angie); her siblings, Bruce Avey, Guy Avey, Juanetta Files, May Minghini and Geraldine Moricle; her granddaughters, Nicole, Jessica and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Alyssa "Aly", Emery "Emmy" and Waylon.
