He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Van Slyke-Lunceford; his daughters, Jessie, Jaimie, Jen and Tina; his sons-in-law, Brandon, Benny and Jay; his grandchildren, Bentley, Autumn, Vianna and Tallulah; his sister-in-law Debbie; and his nephews, Matt and Austin.
