She is survived by: her husband Bill Penn; her children, Billy Penn, Brian Penn (Brittany) and Joyce Thompson; her grandchildren, Chase and Kenzie Penn; her father William J. Taylor; and her siblings, Liz Whitlock, Joey and Billy Taylor. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
