He was predeceased by: his father Charles G. Bitzer. He is survived by: his mother Darlene K. Bitzer; his siblings, Tracey A. Duggan (James), Matthew and Stephanie L. Childress; his brother-in-law Michael Childress, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Jamey, Sara Duggan, Hailey and Michael Childress, III. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many friends.
