Wagner (Kelly) of Street, MD, Cynthia J. Wagner of Bandy, VA, Elizabeth M. Wagner and Angel M. Wernick (Mitch); and his brothers, Larry Wagner (Talia) and Kenneth Wagner (Debbie). He was also cherished by Eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
