He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dragunas and Albina Dragunas (Praleika); and his brother Jonas Praleika. He is survived by: his wife Diane Dragunas (Hipsley); his children, Shelly Nevin (Dennis), Tammy M. Schenning (Rick) and Joseph J. Dragunas, Jr. (Anna); his siblings, Anthony Dragunas (Theresa), Marie Hess (Leonard), Bernadette Ward and Dolores Maddox; and his great grandchildren, Trey Schenning, Amaya Schenning, JD Hunter and Jude Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made to the Church of Reconciliation Building Fund at 128 N. Bond Street, Bel Air, MD 21014.
