He is survived by: his spouse Kara D. Rowley; his children, Corbin T. Rowley and Jack A. Rowley; his parents, Sandra Rowley and Terry Rowley; and his sibling David Rowley.
Family and friends will honor Jason's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill with a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 3:00 P.M.
