He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Cottrill (Citro); his parents, Charles Cottrill Sr. (Pam) of Port Deposit, MD and Delores Taylor of Fawn Grove, PA.; his siblings, Tanya Michelle Donohue (Kevin) of Bear, DE, Karen Hartis (Bobby) of Newark, DE, Kimberly Jones (Don) of Bel Air, MD and Jeremy Taylor of Dundalk, MD; his grandmother Barbara Cottrill of Joppa, MD; and also, Elijah Cottrill and Tirzah Cottrill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
